All rooms are offered for hire on the basis of regular weekly sessions at the same day & time each week.

Weekday mornining sessions of 4 hours cost £55 per week (i.e. £238.33 per calendar month)
Weekday afternoon & evening sessions of 4 hours cost £60 per week (£260 per calendar month)
Weekend sessions are £55 per week (£238.33p  per calendar month) (6 hour session)
Whole day (Saturday or Sunday) is £100 per week (£433.33p per calendar month) 
Reduced rates apply for full day or muliple sessions

Rooms 5 & 6  (available from mid- June 2010)

Weekday mornining sessions of 4 hours cost £50 per week (i.e. £216.66 per calendar month) 
Weekday afternoon & evening sessions of 4 hours cost  £55 per week (i.e. £238.33 per calendar month)
Weekend sessions are £50 per week (i.e. £216.66 per calendar month) (6 hour session)
Whole day (Saturday or Sunday) is £90 per week (£390.00p  per calendar month)

Room 3 (low-cost consulting room):

Weekday morning sessions of 4 hours cost £35 per week (i.e. £151.66 per calendar month)Weekday afternoon & evening sessions of 4 hours cost £45 per week (£195 per calendar month)
Weekend sessions are £35 per week (£151.66 per calendar month) (6 hour session)
Whole day (Saturday or Sunday) is £70 per week (£303.33 per calendar month)

All Rooms

Users who already have a weekly sessional booking may book extra "ad hoc" hours at £18 per hour (subject to availability)
All room hire charges are fully inclusive
Charges are payable monthly in advance by standing order
A (returnable) security deposit of one month's room hire is required
Deposits given to secure a room booking are not refundable in the event of cancellation
Agreements are cancellable by one month's notice either way after the first month
